Is there a discount for families with more than one child?
We offer partial scholarships to those who qualify. Contact the office for more information.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be granted for any reason. In certain situations, the club may elect to issue a credit which may be used against future registration fees.
What is the required uniform?
For developmental the following applies:
U4 & U5 - T-shirt will be given for each player before 1st game. Dress appropriate for weather, and shin guards are required.
U6 – T-shirt will be given for each player before 1st game, players are responsible for purchasing: shin guards and long socks (required), cleats are suggested.
U7 to U15 – Players are responsible for purchasing: cleats, shin guards, socks, 2 jerseys, 1 pair shorts
Do we have to purchase a new uniform every season?
Players can wear the same uniform the following season. U4 - U6 will be given new reversible t-shirts each season.
Where do we purchase uniforms?
Beginning in February Soccer Stop will carry the clubs required uniforms. Locations are: 8133 S. University Blvd.

What if there is bad weather?
Check our website's front page for field cancellations, or call our weather conditions hotline (303)660-0109x14 for daily updates on field conditions. Monday - Friday by 3pm, and 7am on weekends. If fields are open it will be up to the coach to cancel a practice. And referee's will determine cancellation of games.
If our team misses a game due to weather, do we have make up games?
Yes, there will be make-up games scheduled. Games are played on Saturdays, if missed due to weather the missed game will be played on the following Sunday. Same field and time as the missed game.. This does not include tournaments.
When are pictures taken?
A representative from Imagetek will contact developmental and competitive coaches for every team to schedule a session for pictures. Picture will be mailed directly to coach’s once they are processed. The turnaround time is 2 weeks. If pictures are cancelled due to weather, another date will be schedule in time to get pictures to coaches before the end of the season. Possibly in our indoor facility.
Competitive (U11-U18):
What are coach fee’s and when are they due?
Competitive teams are coached by professional and licensed coaches. Fees are determined by the coaches license and team level (Premier, Challenge, etc.) Fees will be collected in 2 installments: August 15th and September 15th, 2009 for the FALL 09' season. For Spring 2010 season, they will be included in the registration fee.
How long is the season?
Fall 2009 - Practices start the week of August 10, 2009. Last game or make up game must be completed by November 7, 2009.
Spring 2010 - Practices start the week of February 22, 2009. Last game or make up game will be completed by May 15,2010.
How many practices per week?
Usually 2 practices per week. Some teams have an extra night for technical training.
Developmental (U4-U12):
What is the registration deadline for developmental players?
Spring 2010 Season: Early Registration is from November 1 to December 31st. Regular Registration is from January 1 to February 28. Late Registration is from February 29 to March 30th.
When will I be notified of what team my child will be on?
From the time you register up until the first week of practice the club office will be placing players on existing teams or new teams. Most coaches will start contacting players via email or phone as early as 2 weeks prior to the scheduled first practice. Or as late as 1 week prior to the first practice.
When and where are practices scheduled?
Practices are scheduled for week nights (Monday – Friday) at Founders Park. There are some teams that will practice at Larkspur Elementary, Franktown Elementary or in the Castle Pines area depending on the coach.
When and where are games scheduled?
U4-U8: All games will be played on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm at Founders Park .
U9-U11+: All HOME games will be played at Founders Park..
U10 Option 1: All HOME games will be played at Founders Park or Douglas County grass field.
How long is the season?
Practices for U4-U8, Cross Quad and Southwest Quad start the week of March 1, 2010.
Practices for Option 1 teams start the week of February 22, 2010
Last game is scheduled for May 15, 2010
What is Option 1?
These teams prepare players for moving into competitive teams.
What is Cross Quad?
Cross Quad is a state run program that provides a higher level of competition for U9 & U10 teams.
What is Southwest Quad?
Age groups U9 and above, Elite does not have enough teams to play all games "in house". So half of the games will be played at HOME and the other games will be played AWAY. Locations may be in Evergreen, Englewood, Littleton, Denver, or Parker depending on the other clubs that participate.
How many kids are on a team?
Depending on the age group, we follow the following guidelines:
U4 – U6, 8 players
U7 - U8, 10 players
U9 – U10, 12 players
U11 – U14, 16 players
U15 – U18, 18 players
